Family Portrait
I feel like out of all my favorite artists, Pink is the one I really identify with.
What makes a true artist is if they can bring out emotions that people would normally bury away somewhere far away in the back of their mind.

Knowing that I found my soulmate is amazing. But sometimes when silence surrounds me I can’t help but think that I have given him the power to break me. And I’ve seen too many hearts shatter after they’ve given everything.
I’m not talking about the “oh I gave him everything” ( referring to virginity.) because honestly there’s so much more that true lovers can give to one another, I mean the husbands and wives who have literally sworn to give everything to their person. And actually have and it’s not enough.
Almost everyone in my family has been unfaithful. Or has given up on their person. They don’t try.
I guess we will just have to show them how to really love. <3
